Lately I found great free service for patent monitoring – webpage to rss: http://page2rss.com/
It is a service that helps you monitor web sites that do not publish feeds. It will check any web page for updates and deliver them to your favorite RSS aggregator.

Cool tip!. You can also checkout Feedity (www.feedity.com). I think it is more simple and easy for generating RSS feeds from web pages nd tracking content changes.
