Eesti päritolu ettevõtte Playtech, küll nime all PLAYTECH “CYPRUS” LIMITED (UK), poolt on esitanud rahvusvahelise patenditaotluse lahendusele “EMBEDDED SIMULTANEOUS SIDE GAME”. Patenditaotluses WO2008012604A2 on leiutajaks märgitud Tiit Lankots.
A method of playing a game, including, activating a primary game, which provides a display, displaying in the display of the primary game an option to initiate a secondary game, initiating the secondary game by selecting the displayed option and providing setup details, opening a status display for the secondary game on the display provided by the primary game, playing the primary game, automatically performing actions in the secondary game responsive to a specific action being taken hi the primary game, and updating the status display with the status of the secondary game resulting from the performed actions.
Juba varem märgitud Anzelika Liik ja Anna Kazantrseva lahendus “COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS FOR TARGETING CANCER-SPECIFIC TRANSCRIPTION COMPLEXES” on nüüd avaldatud ka Ameerika Ühendriikides: US20080027002A1
Peet Kask’i ja Kapo Palo Euroopa patent koostöös sakslaste Karsten Gall’i ja Leif Brand’iga on jõustatud Saksamaal DE60131837C0: ANALYSE DER FLUORESZENZINTENSITÄTS- UND LEBENSDAUERVERTEILUNG (FLUORESCENCE INTENSITY AND LIFETIME DISTRIBUTION ANALYSIS), omanikuks Olympus Corporation.
The present invention relates to a method for characterizing samples having fluorescent particles, comprising the steps of exciting particles in a measurement volume to emit fluorescence by a series of excitation pulses, monitoring the emitted fluorescence by detecting sequences of photon counts using a detection means, determining numbers of photon counts in counting time intervals of given width, determining in said counting time intervals detection delay times of the photon counts relative to the corresponding excitation pulses, determining a function of said detection delay times, determining a probability function of at least two arguments, P(n,t,…), wherein at least one argument is the number of photon counts and another argument is said function of detection delay times, and determining from said probability function P(n,t,…) a distribution of particles as a function of at least two arguments, wherein one argument is a specific brightness of the particles, or a measure thereof, and another argument is a fluorescence lifetime of the particles, or a measure thereof.
Tallinna Tehnikaülikooli teadlaste Malle Krunks, Ilona Oja, Tatjana Dedova lahendus “METHOD OF PREPARING ZINC OXIDE NANORODS ON A SUBSTRATE BY CHEMICAL SPRAY PYROLYSIS” on avaldatud Euroopa patenditaotlusena EP1880413A1.
A method of preparing nanostructured zinc oxide layers on a substrate by chemical spray pyrolysis at moderate deposition temperatures from 350 DEG C to 600 DEG C is disclosed. An aqueous or aqueous alcoholic solution comprising zinc chloride or zinc acetate as precursors is prepared and sprayed onto the preheated substrate so that the precursor reacts to form zinc oxide layer on the substrate. Thiourea or urea may be also added to the solution. Glass, silicon, or metal oxide covered glass can be used as the substrate.
